Although having done yoga since my teens, I use the word ‘yogi’ a little freely here because other forms of exercise are also valuable and useful for keeping the body in good condition. Although you may be super athletic and enjoy extreme exercise activity, most of us 50 + ers find that it doesn’t always support our bodies as they age. This website lists exercise classes, workshops and body care activities that I have tried and tested and am putting forward because without much effort, your risk of being injured is low …….and they are way fun!
