Jules Lawrence is known for her ahh-mazing Thai Restorative classes and having the ability to put the most agitated person into a deep state of relaxation. She has years of studio experience, leads international and local retreats and is always creating collaborative workshops to share with the yoga community. Jules looks to educate and empower her students through a playful, dynamic, meditative exploration of heart, body and mind connection.

LOVING SELF CARE

with Nadine Feldman

We spend some of the time using our own soft, full hands to SCULPT and SOFTEN our bodies and minds, and we will also learn to do some gentle movements. We’re unwinding tension, tightness and longstanding patterns of restriction in a way that is friendly, curious, inquisitive, supportive and gentle. One basic principle is that you are encouraged to explore what feels the best for you. My intention is to provide a framework for you to develop your own practice of being loving and caring towards yourself.

These classes are free of charge, but if you wish to pay by donation in gratitude for them, I intend to continue to donate all the funds to the food bank at the end of this 8 week series.
